Things to remember......
Magnitude : Number of length, distance, quantity
Direction : Segment of straight line, connecting two points in the space.
Let's start
Scalar quantity : It has magnitude but not direction.
Example : I said I'm going 20 km you don't know from which side I'm going 20 km maybe, it could be a straight line or left or right side cause I just said I'm going 20 km I don't have a particular direction I have a number only.
Vector quantity : It has magnitude and direction.
Example: I said I'm going 20 km from right side Now you know from wich side I'm going 20 km now I have magnitude and a direction.
Thank you 😊
