Able the total energy of it's Home planet.

Type 1

A civilization that is capable of harnessing the total energy of it's Home star.

Type 2

Capable of harnessing the total energy of the star system.

Type 3

Capable of harnessing the total energy of the galaxy or galaxies.

Type 4

Capable of harnessing the total energy of the universe.

Type 5

Capable of harnessing the total energy of the multiverse.

Humans are civilization 0.86

If humans are alone in this universe so they are the most intelligent civilization or there is any other extra terrestrial life advance/ intelligent than humans so they will be considered as the most intelligent civilization in the universe.
